Bauer Technologies was awarded a GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) IT 70 contract, GS35F215GA, from the General Services Administration. This General Purpose Commercial Information Technology Equipment, Software, and Services contract does not have a maximum award limit and is available to all government agencies. As a qualified SDVOSB, we are able to pursue GSA Small Business, and SDVOSB set-aside procurement opportunities offered by the Federal Government. This will also enable us to assist our teaming partners and Contracting Officers meet their small business goals.

The Period of Performance begins, February 15, 2017 and ends February 14, 2022, with a potential of three (5) year options to follow. Task order types are Time and Materials (T&M) and Fixed Firm Pricing (FFP). Our Contract Usage Fee is .75% for Customer Administered and approximately 2-5% for GSA Administered.

SDVOSB Set-Asides

VA verified! Bauer Technologies received its verification through the Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). As a SDVOSB, Bauer Technologies is granted access to the VA’s Veterans First Contracting Program for VA contract set-aside procurement opportunities offered by the Federal government. This will enable us to assist our teaming partners and Federal Contracting Officers at various agencies meet their small business needs.Under the SDVOSB vehicle Contracting Officers can issue sole source solicitations to qualified SDVOSBs. Many of these sole source solicitations can be completed within 30 days or less. Under 13 C.F.R. 125.20 and FAR 19.14, the maximum award including option years is $3 million for services. This helps individual commands, and Department of Defense (DoD) meet SDVOSB contracting goals set by The Veterans Entrepreneurship and Small Business Development Act of 1999, Public Law 106-50 and Executive Order 13360.
