Job Overview
Bauer Technologies is currently pursuing qualified candidates in support of a DoD contract. The requirement is to provide assistance to Facility Security Officer (FSO) as an Assistance Facility Security Officer.
Job Responsibilities
General knowledge of security practices with emphasis in personnel, physical and/or industrial security. Experience may be broad based, crossing multiple markets (e.g., government, industry) and may also include relevant and associated certifications and knowledge of applicable tools, methodologies, or best practices. Must be able to develop and maintain operational plans and policies. Capable of using devices, procedures, and best practice method to ensure the safeguarding of classified information, property, and materials.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
(PERSEC)Personnel Security clearance matters involving current employees and new hires including investigations derogatory report information handling, notifications, in and out processing, and high number of requests and activity. Additional responsibilities include determining accessibility, documentation, and reporting. Works independently and closely with senior specialists or task leads.
Security Requirements
Must have a Secret security clearance as well as possess the ability to be upgraded to Top Secret
